I’m 19 years old and have been working with the HLA since I was 16,  when I started at Pure Lubrication as a Business and Admin Apprentice.  I have completed an SVQ in Business and Administration level 6 and level 8. I am now doing a CMI course with the HLA to further my knowledge.

Working with the Highland Learning Academy has been incredibly rewarding. With great help from each assessor to ensure that the well-structured modules were chosen to best suit me and my job role.  One of the great benefits of the apprenticeship was the flexibility provided.

Being able to have a mixture of online learning and scheduled meetings, has made balancing work and studies so much easier. Each assessor was interactive and engaging making it easy to ask for support.
