How is the apprenticeship delivered?
As with all our apprenticeship delivery we provide a range of flexible learning methods which we tailor to suit the needs of the employer and the employee-candidate. This may involve one or a hybrid approach of observations in the workplace, access to online learning, attending face to face courses and collating a portfolio of evidence
Which apprenticeships are available?
Payroll apprenticeships are available at SCQF Level 6. This framework develops skills in payroll administration and compliance. Learners can progress into senior payroll and finance positions, with tutors advising on career pathways

The Management Modern Apprenticeship at SCQF Level 7 is designed for learners who are ready to step into supervisory and first‑line management roles. Apprentices gain practical experience in leading teams, allocating resources, monitoring performance, and supporting organisational goals, while also studying modules in leadership, project management, and workplace communication. The programme develops strong core skills in problem‑solving, teamwork, and decision‑making, alongside meta‑skills such as adaptability, confidence, and responsibility. Supported by their employer and training provider, learners work toward a nationally recognised qualification that prepares them for roles such as team leader, supervisor, or junior manager, with clear progression routes into higher‑level management and leadership positions.

The Management Modern Apprenticeship at SCQF Level 9 is designed for learners who are progressing into senior management roles and want to develop advanced leadership and strategic skills. Apprentices gain practical experience in leading teams, managing complex projects, overseeing budgets, and driving organisational performance, while also studying modules in strategic planning, change management, and business improvement.
