They are for employees of all ages and provides a progressive framework from aspirational supervisor to strategic director. All are fully or part funded through the Apprenticeship scheme. All participants receive one years free membership of the Chartered Management Institute.

Management Apprenticeship - First Line Managers
Undertaking this Management apprenticeship will give you an SVQ in Management at level SCQF7. This is ideal for supervisors and managers who have moved into a role where they are responsible for achieving objectives through and with others. Key units include Leadership, Managing People’s Perfomance and Health and Safety in the Workplace. There are a wide range of optional units to choose from.
Management Apprenticeship - Senior & Departmental Managers
Undertaking this Management apprenticeship will give you an SVQ in Management at level SCQF9. This is ideal for Managers and leaders who have moved into a role where they are responsible for achieving organisational objectives for a team or department. Key units include Developing Operational Plans, Developing Productive Work Relationships with Stakeholders and Managing Business Processes. There are a wide range of optional units to choose from.
Management Apprenticeship - Strategic Managers & Directors
Undertaking this Management apprenticeship will give you an SVQ in Management at level SCQF11. This is ideal for Managers and leaders who have moved into a role where they are responsible for the strategic direction and management of a business or large department. Key units include Lead your Organisation, Managing Continuous Improvement and Driving Opportunities for Innovation and Improvement. There are a wide range of optional units to choose from.
