Through the Highland Learning Academy, I have completed an SVQ in Business and Administration at SCQF Level 6 & Information and Communication Technology at SCQF Level 5, and I am now working towards an SVQ in Business and Administration at SCQF Level 8. I feel as though I have highly benefited from doing a modern apprentice, I have learned new skills as well as developed confidence within my role. I found the support from the Highland learning academy throughout my modern apprentice to be great. I worked closely with my mentor Lynn Finnie and she provided me with guidance and feedback that hugely benefited my learning experience. I would recommend anyone who is looking to learn new skills and gain new qualifications to do so through the Highland learning academy, the course has been inspiring and rewarding with immense support from the mentors.
