Codie Cargill, now 19, has been working with Pure Lubrication since the age of 16, beginning her career as a Business and Administration Apprentice through Highland Learning Academy. She has already completed SVQ Level 6 and Level 8 in Business and Administration and is now continuing her learning journey with a CMI course in management.

🚀 A Journey That Started at 16
Codie began her apprenticeship journey as a school leaver, stepping into the business world with the support of HLA and her employer, Pure Lubrication. From day one, she has shown commitment to personal and professional growth progressing through two levels of Business Administration before moving on to management-level training.

One of the keys to Codie’s success has been the way her courses were structured around her role and responsibilities. HLA assessors worked closely with her to ensure the modules selected aligned with the skills she used every day at work.
