Joel Sleet, a Modern Apprentice in the lettings department at Tailormade Moves in Inverness, has successfully completed his SCQF Level 6 Business Administration qualification and is now working toward SCQF Level 7 in Management — all before turning 18.

Joel chose to pursue a Modern Apprenticeship through Highland Learning Academy because he saw the qualifications as strong stepping stones for his career.
“I believe these are valuable qualifications to have — especially at my age,” Joel explains. “They’ve helped me grow professionally and also benefited my workplace. I’m now a more qualified and confident person in my role.”
