Course: Working towards Business and Administration level 8

I have been working towards Business and Administration level 8 since January 2024.  I have currently completed 4, almost 5 units with the support of my learning consultant, Lorna Ross.

I found the experience of signing up to the course to be straight forward. 

The course is completed remotely using an online portal, OneFile, where course work is uploaded for accessing.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the process so far.  I am not only appreciating the opportunity to analyse the work that I do daily but also learn gain more of an understanding of the Council service I have worked with for 20 years.

Completing the course will benefit my future in hopefully giving me the opportunity to enhance my position in our Council service should a vacancy be available to apply for in the future.  I am also able to currently support my colleagues and superiors with the knowledge I am gaining of our services policies and procedures.

I am excited about my future holding this qualification and thank Lorna Ross gratefully for the support she has given me so far.
