HLA Policy

Non HLA Candidates: All bookings must be paid in advance and are charged as £110+VAT.
HLA Modern Apprenticeship candidates: First exam is free of charge any resits will be charged at £95+VAT and is payable in advance.

Cancellation Policy
1.1 Cancellation of an Exam booking must be done via the booking page at least 14 days before the scheduled exam date.
1.2 Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled exam date will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Policy
2.1 If a cancellation request is received within the stipulated timeframe, Highland Learning Academy will issue a refund minus an administrative fee of £10 for processing the cancellation.
2.2 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5 days of receiving the cancellation request.

Rescheduling
3.1 If you wish to reschedule your exam, must be done via the booking page at least 7 days before the scheduled exam date.
3.2 A rescheduling fee of £10 may apply, depending on the circumstances and availability of alternative exam dates.

No-Show Policy
4.1 If you fail to attend the scheduled exam without prior notification, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
4.2 In exceptional circumstances, Highland Learning Academy may consider a refund or  rescheduling request at its discretion, subject to proof of extenuating circumstances.

What should students do before sitting a Q2022 assessment?

In order to avoid delays with sitting assessments – students should follow these steps well in advance of their assessment day:
• check for an email from noreply@psionline.com where you can setup their ATLAS Cloud account (you will receive this once you are scheduled for an assessment and the link will expire after 14 days)
• remember, your username is always your AAT membership number If you need to update their password, you can use this link
• students should make a note of their password to log in at the assessment venue.
You must follow this process for any upcoming Q2022 AAT assessments.
