Face to Face Workshops
Our face to face workshops are delivered by qualified learning and development specialists who know how to engage all types of learner and learning style. Most of all they make learning fun. The best learning happens in a social environment where participants learn with and from each other.
Face-to-face training delivers a richer, more memorable experience—especially when the goal is to build confidence, practice skills, and connect with others. These are delivered publicly or in-house. If you don’t see the topic you want on our course calendar, give us a shout. If there’s demand, we will add it!
In-House Tailored Support
Employers often come to us with a requirement to meet specific organisational challenges. Having 15 years with CMI and SQA accreditations we have a wide range of resources to draw on. Our qualified L&D specialists can tailor, bespoke or design a new course or qualification for your business needs.

We have professional qualifications where you learn the theory and vocational qualifications where you can gain a qualification by proving your competence. CMI Endorsed Programmes
This option provides participants with the learning by attending one of our workshops but gain a certificate without the need to sit or complete assessments or lengthy essays. As a fully accredited provider of Chartered Management Institute qualifications we can also provide endorsed programmes. This means attendees gain a CMI Endorsed certificate for attending one of our management & leadership workshops. We can even endorse your own in-house management & leadership programme by mapping it against national occupational standards.
