Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Completion of Business Admin L6 Modern Apprenticeship Qualification
- Understanding product ranges to be able to sell and upsell to existing and new customers
- Providing first class service to customers and suppliers via phone and email
- Assist with maintaining customer data and contact information
- Liaising with suppliers on pricing and availability of products and services
- Administration support for the wider Pure team
- General day to day office administrative tasks
- Other duties, appropriate to the post, over and above those given in the job description
