We’re looking for an organised, proactive individual to join our growing team as a Letting Administrator. This is a varied role in a fast-paced, friendly environment where no two days are the same.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Aptitude to consistently work toward and uphold our Brand Compass
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries
  • Listing properties for let, including taking and selecting photos and writing draft text
  • Booking viewings with prospective tenants
  • Arrange tenant reference checks and ID checks
  • Organising initial 6-week routine visits for the lettings team
  • Carry out property viewings and take marketing photos
  • Being the first point of contact for tenants and landlords regarding any is-sues in conjunction with lettings properties
  • Arranging repairs and maintenance as required
  • Inputting contractor invoices
  • Providing administration support to the lettings team
  • Inputting information and maintaining a database, uploading and maintain-ing properties on software/website
  • To attend company training courses as required to ensure level of compe-tency is maintained.
  • Ability to make pragmatic decisions under pressure
  • Demonstrate a respectful attitude to all clients, contacts, and visitors
  • Have positive colleague relationships and great teamworking skills
  • Self-manage tasks and seeing things through or delegating appropriately

Application requirements:

  • Computer literate
  • Flexibility to occasionally work additional hours to meet the demands of the business
  • Compliant ability to work within the UK
  • Driving Licence essential
  • Experience of Estate agency software or CRM system
  • Understanding of legalities of buying and selling a property in Scotland including Home Reports, the Property Ombudsman, and compliance obligations understanding GDPR
  • At least two years customer service experience
  • Standard Grade/National 5 Level
