Job Title:                            Business & Administration Apprentice

Salary:                                £13,500 – £18,000

Location:                            Seafield Road, Inverness

What’s Involved 

No two days are the same! Your role will include doing and learning the following:

Answering phone calls and handling customer enquiries.

Replying to emails and keeping things running smoothly.

Using our job management software to log jobs and quotes.

Keeping clients updated on job progress.

Updating client and supplier portals.

Helping with applications and tenders.

Assisting with invoicing and payments.

Spotting business growth opportunities and helping onboard new clients.

Completing your apprenticeship training tasks to gain your qualification.

What qualifications or qualities are required?

What We’re Looking For
A confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft & Google software.
A positive, can-do attitude with great time management.
An eye for detail and a knack for staying organised.
Someone who works well in a team and takes initiative.
