Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Hours: Part-Time Mon-Fri or Full-Time Mon-Fri
Salary: Living Wage
Location: Fairways Business Park, Inverness
Responsible to: Customer Service Manager
Job Purpose: To assist in the growth of the business through customer service, sales development and support of the wider team
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Customer service excellence – prompt and accurate processing of orders and enquiries
- Supporting the direct sales team with the management of key accounts
- Identifying leads and sales opportunities that will help the growth of the business
- Providing admin support to the team locally and remotely
- Liaising with suppliers on pricing and availability of products
- Providing admin support to the business locally and remotely
- Other duties, appropriate to the post, over and above those given in the job description
